Job Title: Tech Director
Location: Tehran, Iran (On-Site)
Salary Range: Monthly salary between 200 to 250 million Iranian Toman

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction for our technology stack, architecture, and development processes. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
People Management: Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Your experience in managing large teams will be crucial.
Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Budget and Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, manage budgets, and drive efficiency across engineering initiatives.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring robustness and scalability of our systems.
Innovation: Champion innovation within the organization, encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience 8+ years in technical leadership roles, ideally within large-scale tech companies.
Strong background in software development, architecture, and system design.
Exceptional people management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating diverse teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
