Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Tehran, Ashrafi Isfahani (On-site)

Work Hours:

Standard: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Alternative: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (for morning people)

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Develop and implement business strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of business solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in the IT and tech industry.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
