Job Title: Brand Manager

Location: On-site, Tehran

Type: Full-time

Salary:100-120 million Toman per month + Regular Bonus

Job Description:
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our market presence and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring that all branding efforts align with our company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing, advertising, and sales teams to ensure a unified brand message.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
