شرح موقعیت شغلی

Lead the design, implementation, operation, and continuous evolution of the enterprise Data Platform by ensuring a secure, scalable, highly available, and high-performing data ecosystem. The role is responsible for enabling reliable data collection, processing, governance, and analytics while driving technology innovation, platform modernization, and cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives and data-driven decision-making. 

Roles & Responsibilities:


  •  Lead the Hadoop Data Lake and Lakehouse platform and ensure its operational excellence. 
  •  Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available data platform architecture. 
  •  Ensure platform availability, reliability, performance, and service continuity. 
  •  Lead data platform architecture, technical design, and technology roadmap. 
  •  Manage end-to-end data collection, ingestion, processing, storage, and reporting services. 
  •  Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices. 
  •  Drive platform modernization, automation, and innovation initiatives. 
  •  Implement engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies. 
  •  Manage system capacity planning, performance optimization, and infrastructure scalability. 
  •  Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, and resiliency planning. 
  •  Monitor platform health and proactively resolve technical issues and production incidents. 
  •  Manage technical risks, root cause analysis, and problem resolution. 
  •  Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Operations, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders. 
  •  Lead and mentor technical teams while supporting knowledge sharing and technical development. 
  •  Manage project execution, resource planning, and delivery of strategic data initiatives. 
  •  Support data monetization initiatives through API enablement and modern data services. 
Qualifications:


Education

  •  Master's or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline. 
Experience

  •  Proven experience leading enterprise Big Data or Data Platform environments. 
  •  Hands-on experience in Data Lake and Lakehouse architecture and implementation. 
  •  Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and enterprise-scale projects. 
  •  Strong background in telecommunications or large enterprise environments is preferred. 
Technical Skills

  •  Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Spark, Hive, Kafka, NiFi, Airflow) 
  •  ClickHouse and MinIO 
  •  Data Lake & Lakehouse architecture 
  •  Big Data platform design and administration 
  •  ETL/ELT architecture and data integration 
  •  Data warehouse architecture and dimensional modeling 
  •  Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and other enterprise databases 
  •  CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes 
  •  DevOps practices and release management 
  •  Data governance and data quality principles 
  •  Platform monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and incident management 
  •  Performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization 
  •  High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity (BC) 
  •  Enterprise security, encryption, identity and access management 
  •  API integration and distributed systems architecture 
  •  Telecom domains including BSS/OSS, CRM, Billing, Mediation, Charging, and Network Data 
  •  Enterprise Solution Architecture 
  •  Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management
