شرح موقعیت شغلی

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Implement training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes.
  2. Participate in design and develop a successful Business Model.
  3. Design and develop and implement a Successful Sales Strategy.
  4. Identify the world's trend technologies and design and implement customized training programs for numerous businesses, particularly in the telecommunications industry, using the latest and trendiest technology in the globe.
  5. Identify the telecom industry's knowledge gaps, fill them, and organize specialized training plans to make capabilities for Irancell's contractors.
  6. Networking and building professional relationships with members of the institutions and organizations and the community.
  7. Be stay up-to-date with pedagogical theories and developments in education.
  8. Analyze organizations training needs (Irancell and other companies), training planning, development and implementation.
  9. Organize and attend in meetings with various company and instructors before preparing curriculum and training calendar materials to ensure a detailed understanding of training subjects and processes.
  10. Design calendar with the help of with the help of expert instructor and the needs of the industry and customer behavior.
  11. Monitoring the progress of new and existing teaching methods.
 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training and Business filed preferred.
  • Experience in business models and its design and analysis
  • Experience in businesses related to Information Technology industry
  • Have backgrounds in business, human resources, development and education.
  • Proficiency in training technologies such as LMS systems, e-learning, and distance learning
  • Significant experience with training delivery, facilitation and coaching in a learning environment
  • Experience need assessment and training evaluation methods.
