Design guidelines and manage annual operational activities.
Articulate the Company strategy that meets Irancell’s objectives for Network division.
Monitor international trends and business best practices in relation to all aspects of technology and features & optimization techniques to enhance service consistently.
Ensure that policy and procedures are adhered to within the department.
Manage to have enough capacity for service delivery.
Ensure using best and latest tools within the department.
Design frameworks and manage to have open channel for customer complaints and action plan for improvements.
Ensure to use Irancell’s best and latest features in ITS network.
Manage to provide proper information to development teams for expansion and growth projects.
Compiling business cases or costing/feasibility models for new features within the scope of projects.
Set objectives, monitor key KPIs and compile monthly reports
Ensure products and services are up and running with adequate performance.
Bring new ideas/forward thinking and enhance processes to increase overall productivity/efficiency.
Support negotiations and contractual agreements with Irancell NWG and ITS Divisions.
Manage and enhance the process of ongoing activities to ensure compliance with shifts in Irancell’s objectives.
Manage service outages and provide solutions to minimize the service interruptions
Supervise the entire data pipelines in order to keep the system and service up and running.
Manage and develop tools required for monitoring the performance of service and report the issue to related stakeholders,
Supervise the team and support to have the team available 24/7 to support the end users
