شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

Deliver products in deadline (based on the SOW)
Develop and maintain a dynamic application, using rapid delivery within an Agile environment
Proactively highlight improvements and actively drive changes through the development organization
Ensure that there are right tests and structure in place to make sure that project/delivery move quickly without breaking functionalities
Identify issues or bottleneck in technical processes and design a plan to resolve them
Ensure of well written documentation
Collaborate effectively, to provide and receive constructive feedback and share knowledge
Collaborate with all team members.

Experience/Skills:

Extensive experience in Roadmap planning for R&D projects
Great experience in Research
Extensive experience in design, development and deployment of applications (or smart applications)
Knowledge of python as a programming language.
Familiar with Linux serves and database processes
Familiar with quality assurance processes
Broad knowledge of the Machin Learning Algorithms
Broad knowledge of the knowledge sharing and knowledge management in R&D projects
Great communication skills
Knowledge of tools and strategies for testing product
English language proficient
Scrum methodology for manage development life cycle
User story distribution between different teams and members based on the nature of tasks
Algorithm Design
Database Knowledge
Python Programming
Dockerization/Container/VM
Linux OS (to connect servers), bash script
Git
Learning developers in technical report documentation
Empathy for users/goals and all developers in development team
