شرح موقعیت شغلی

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Scrum Process Facilitation: Facilitate the Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that the Scrum events are conducted effectively and all team members understand their purpose and participation.
  2. Team Coaching: Coach and guide the development team on Agile principles, values, and practices. Help the team understand and apply Scrum practices, self-organization, and cross-functionality. Encourage continuous improvement and foster a culture of learning within the team.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. Facilitate clear and transparent communication, ensuring that information flows smoothly between team members, product owners, and other stakeholders.
  4. Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts or issues that arise within the team or between team members and stakeholders. Foster a collaborative and respectful environment where conflicts are addressed constructively.
  5. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report Agile metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and team performance, to provide insights into the progress and health of the project.
  6. Scrum Master Development: Continuously develop and improve personal knowledge and skills in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and related practices. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Agile frameworks. 
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management field or related
Experience working in a medium organization.
Experience in a scrum master role
Familiarity with software development
Fair knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
Scrum master or PMP certification is a plus.
