Roles & Responsibilities:
- To preserve look and feel consistency, ensuring that all web/apps properties are align with CI (corporate identity) guide.
- To ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
- To apply different methods to gather user experience related data and business requirements on Irancell Labs products.
- To conduct different customer centric tests for all aspects of customer interaction with company products analyzing the results and report them to the line manager and product owner for further enhancements.
- To translate customer needs, research findings and business requirements into persuasive, efficient and highly usable product designs.
- To design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, concepts, wireframes, prototypes, usage scenarios, low and high fidelity mockups, task analysis, specifications and other UX / UI design deliverables to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Education:
Graduated from digital design, graphic design, Fine Arts, HCI, UX, computer information engineering, or other relevant technological or design disciplines.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in UI/UX Design and Digital user Experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects for both web and mobile platforms.
- Experience working in a medium organization.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
- Experience in Interaction Design Methods.
- Experienced in related tools and techniques (Prototyping, Mockup, Wireframe, Customer Journey Map,..)
- Experience in using UX/UI software’s (Sketch, Figma, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq ,…)
- Experience across the UX discipline — from research and discovery to prototyping and design testing and engineering collaboration for production builds.
- Experienced in Business Analysis and UX design and concepts (Usability, Iterative Design, …)
