شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled 2G/3G Optimization Team Leader join to our NDC department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support to Initiate solutions to improve the performance.

2. Find technical performance bottlenecks and support teams in technical difficulties.

3. Lead team through difficulties and pressures

4. Align team activities according to sow and situation.

5. support sub-region responsible for driving trials

6. Make sure all available features are tried/implemented in the network with weekly/monthly schedules.

7. Attend all technical meetings requested by the MTNIrancell Sub-Network team.

8. Support the Sub-Network manager in the delivery of technical tasks/Reports.

9. Support the Sub-network manager to finalize yearly or Bi-Quarterly optimization plans.

10. Supervision sub-region responsible for managing their technical tasks for on-time delivery.

11. Daily Performance monitoring and provision of Optimization solutions.

12. To oversee and ensure proper functionality, development, upgrades and deployment of teams.

13. To manage the coordination with customer and other teams to ensure timely updates, support, and troubleshooting of reports.

14. To manage compiling and providing regular reports on performance, usage statistics, and system health to the management and customer.

15. Make Sure all people in his/her team are clearly understands their role according to MVO SOW and Organization need.

16. To provide and update the WLA (Work Level Agreement) with relevant departments and responsibility matrix as Radio.

17. To manage all pending /new requests from Customer and other teams.

18. To provide customer request reports to be delivered with the best quality and on time.
