Duties / Tasks:
● Identify and record accounting transaction in the English accounting system.
● Control, process accounting vouchers.
● Contribute in providing annual/periodic accounts report and control.
● Prepare accounts discrepancy statements.
● Analyze ledgers and accounts to allow the reconciliation of financial data to be applied.
● Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
● Document management.
Required Skills:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting.
● At least 4 years of experience in accounting.
● Good knowledge of English language.
● Accounting software and ERP system.
● Self-organized, self-motivated, result-oriented, team worker, and professional.
● Teamworking ability and Communication and interpersonal skills.
● Work proficiency in English.
● High level of attention to detail.
● Analytical ability.
● Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
● Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus.
