About the Role:
An ERP specialist provides technical expertise, analysis, training, and implementation services related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
This specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance, to companies in the process of implementing ERP software, also include training users, developing policies and procedures, and assisting in the implementation process.
ERP specialists work with business owners and managers, end-users, and technicians to help implement the ERP system, including creating reports, analyzing data.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of ERP and business applications to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.

• Maintain and update system documentation
• Ensure system security
• Conduct performance audits and system reviews
• Perform system fieldwork, gather data, and develop reports
• Manage upgrades and installations of system software
• Perform related duties as required
