شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain our mobile applications and contribute to our web applications using the Flutter framework, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers and UI/UX designers, to define, design, and ship new features.
Clean Coding: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and guidelines.
Testing and Bug Fixing: Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and bottlenecks, ensuring optimal application performance.
Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency across the team.
Design Implementation: Work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure design specifications are implemented correctly and within deadlines.
Emerging Technologies: Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends in mobile and web development to continuously improve our applications and development practices.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience of at least 3 years in front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work with the Flutter framework.
Flutter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Dart and experience in building Flutter applications for both mobile and web platforms.
API Integration: Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and utilizing third-party libraries effectively.
Git Familiarity: Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
Problem-solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Collaboration and Communication: Capability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Agile/Scrum Methodologies: A good understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Technologies: Experience with other front-end technologies (e.g., ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML) is highly valued.
English Proficiency: Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
Certifications/Degrees: Relevant certifications in Flutter or other front-end technologies, or degrees in Computer Science or related fields, are a plus.
