شرح موقعیت شغلی

The main skills that are required for this role are the ability to make great and creative animated videos and also proficiency in English. So, please only apply if you can showcase several explainer videos that you have previously created and you can fluently speak English. Having also a good understanding of social media and digital marketing is a big plus.      


Primary responsibilities:

        Content Creation and Video Production:

  • Develop, produce, and edit engaging video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Leverage new tools and technologies to enhance video production quality and efficiency.
It would be good if you can also do:

  1. Digital Marketing and Growth:
    • Implement growth hacking strategies to draw attention and gain followers for company accounts.
    • Analyze platform algorithms to optimize content reach and engagement.
    • Develop and execute a multi-platform content strategy to acquire and retain users.
  2. Community Engagement:
    • Foster community engagement by actively participating in conversations and encouraging user-generated content.
    • Collaborate with influencers and other creators for content partnerships and campaigns.

Required Skill Set:

  1. Video Production Skills:
    • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
    • Experience with animation and graphics creation.
  2. Creative Skills:
    • Ability to create compelling and visually appealing content.
    • Strong storytelling capabilities.
Nice-to-have skills:

  1. Digital Marketing Skills:
    • Understanding of social media algorithms and SEO principles.
    • Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
  2. Analytical Skills:
    • Competency in analyzing data to derive insights and optimize strategies.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
