شرح موقعیت شغلی

Intex is looking for a Back-End Developer Team Lead. As a Back End Developer Team Lead, you will lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain the back-end of web applications. You will be responsible for ensuring that our team delivers high-quality, scalable code that meets project requirements within the given timelines.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of back-end developers to deliver high-quality code that meets project requirements within the given timelines.
Work with project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable tasks for the team.
Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge, and ensure their professional development.
Collaborate with other teams, such as front-end developers, designers, and quality assurance, to deliver complete and functional web applications.
Participate in code reviews and ensure that coding standards are followed and best practices are implemented.
Keep up-to-date with emerging back-end technologies and best practices, and make recommendations to improve our development processes.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Back-End Team-lead with at least 5 years of experience in back-end development.
Experience with back-end technologies such as Java,Kotlin and Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of back-end development concepts.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with team members.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to manage team dynamics and resolve issues.
Ability to provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop effective business strategies.
