Join Intelligent Business Digital Innovation team as a Senior Software Developer and work closely with an award-winning team of engineers, architects, and thought leaders to design and implement next-generation solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with practical, hands-on experience in backend service development. As a full-time, permanent team member with a competitive benefits plan, you’ll be inspired to develop professionally, be creative, and stay at the forefront of technology.

What our Senior Software Engineers Do

Responsible for the accuracy and quality of the deliverables generated at each step in the software development lifecycle
Build cutting-edge applications for companies ranging in scale from startup to Fortune 100 in a variety of industries including finance, manufacturing, and more
Work directly with clients to understand the deep technical problems that slow them
Map business needs technical solutions that will make clients more relevant and competitive
Collaborate with a team as the services expert to rapidly prototype and prove solutions using the latest technologies and frameworks
Commit to dig deep into the tasks and propose a better solution
Deliver technical recommendations/presentations to groups of peers and/or clients
Provide assistance in interviewing and technical screening of new employee candidates

What We Look For

Ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies and be able to communicate effectively with various teams
The ability to jump into a project and contribute immediately to both architecture and implementation
Strive to work and to collaborate in a multi-disciplined team, where you can work with, learn from, and teach not just Engineers but also Product Managers, QA, UX, etc.
Passion to engage in discussion with your fellow engineers to reach the best possible solutions for our technical challenges
Collaborate in defining and enforcing best practices and processes for engineers in the team and across our company, and lead in moving our products forward and eliminating technical debt
Passionate about delivering elegant technical solutions that not only meet Client and Product expectations but are also underpinned by code that is clear, concise, and maintainable – beautiful
Use the resources we provide to continuously upskill and better yourself, as well as mentor other engineers within the team and help them grow
Working experience with Agile methodologies and project management skills
Relational database schema design and querying (SQL-Server)
Experience in writing Unit-Tests/Integration-Tests and test frameworks
Having experience with Microservices is a big plus!
Experience in Development with DDD concept
Experience with rapid full-stack development.
Advanced SQL programming experience
Stack Overflow reputation and active GitHub account is a plus
Excellent knowledge of OOP / SOLID concepts
The quality-first mindset with a focus on test automation and CI/CD
Write pragmatic, performant, and testable code that works consistently across different platforms

Nice to Have

Community involvement (conference speaking, blogging, meetups)
Experience architecting backend services on large scale applications
Experience with front-end technologies
Experience with CI/CD tools
Experience with Socket consuming concepts
Working experience with Redis
Experience with gRPC, Kafka, and GraphQL
