We are seeking a proactive Operations Assistant to join our team. Reporting directly to the Studio CEO, the Operations Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting operations across our portfolio of startups. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, innovation, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Data Management: Maintain and update databases, reports, and documentation for various operational needs.
Project Execution and Support: Support studio activities in performing and coordinating tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and contribute ideas for efficiency enhancements.
Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and handling correspondence.
Qualifications:
Excellent, not average, English proficiency. (Specially writing)
At least 3 years prior experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a startup environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields preferred.
Position is remote, but at least once a week presence in the office in Tehran is required. (Jordan area).
