Job Description
• Responsible for routine accounting activities.
• Ensure that documents are registered in the system on a daily basis.
• To handle daily finance activities.
• Preparing and analyzing reports from financial system.
• Registering all payments and deposits daily.
• Identify and implement accounting process and system improvements.
• Preparation/review of monthly billings.
• Handle monthly salary calculation and payments.
• Preparing daily, monthly and seasonal reports.
• Submit monthly VAT reports to legal bodies.
.• Fluency in Financial Statement Regulation
• Ability to submit tax reports
• Confidentiality of Fund and Personnel Financial Information
• Ability to prepare tax reports(Value Added)
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting and finance from an accredited university
- At least 3 years experiences.
- Familiar with Related Software (hamkaran system)
- Fluent in Excel
- Highly flexible, high tolerance and ability to work under pressure
- Self-Motivated person
- Familiarity with insurance and tax laws
