The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support the company's growth and customer acquisition goals. They will work closely with other departments to ensure the messaging and branding align with the overall company strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the marketing strategy aligns with the overall company strategy
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
Manage the company's website and optimize for user experience and search engine rankings
Develop and manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
Create and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers
Develop and execute event marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
Monitor and report on marketing metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
Continuously research and test new marketing strategies and channels to optimize performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the finance or technology industry
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
Creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in marketing software and tools
