The HRM will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions within the organization. They will ensure that the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent while complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and job offers
Plan and deliver effective onboarding programs for new hires
Develop and implement training and development programs to support the growth and development of employees
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Continuously monitor and improve HR processes and systems to enhance the employee experience and maximize efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the finance or technology industry
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in HR software and tools
