شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a UI/UX developer in Incitement you are part psychologist, part web developer. You will be responsible for the user experience on Incitement's Inpactor platform, and your job will be to make that experience as pleasant, smooth, and conversion-effective as possible. You should have a great understanding of user behavior, and user motivation, and you are able to translate business- and marketing goals, and concepts and abstract ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final design to create intuitive and satisfying user experiences on Inpactor.

You will work closely with Incitement's founders and technology partners for the implementation of user interfaces

Responsibilities

Create a both deep and broad understanding of Inpactor's users and their motivations through studying quantitative and qualitative user data.

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and final designs that lead to intuitive user experiences on Inpactor.

Design original graphic user interface elements, like banners, cards, tables, menus, tabs and widgets, etc.

Conduct layout, design and UI/UX adjustments based on user feedback, data and analytics insight.

Facilitate the team's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences.

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

Collaborate with product managers, mobile developers, back-end engineers, marketers, data scientist and other team members.

Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

Requirements

- You have a genuine interest and curiosity for humanitarian work, the nonprofit sector, and social impact.

- You have extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

- You have five or more years experience with HTML, CSS, SASS, and Bootstrap.

- You are proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or XD.

- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.

- You have experience with creating detailed visual layouts and functional prototypes.

- You can explaining complex UI concepts to non-designers, and demo working UI prototypes to executive leadership and development teams.

- You have experience with Moqups, Framer, Invision, or similar prototyping tools.

- You have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

- You are up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, and actively research and showcase this knowledge.

- You are always open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism from anyone within the team.

You MUST speak English fluently. As many of your future colleagues are not speaking Farsi, you must be able to communicate with them in English. You should have excellent listening, writing, reading and speaking skills. Your proficiency level should be equal or above IELTS 6.5 score
