We are looking for a (Human Resources) HR Generalist to join our team and implement various human resources programs.
Job Description:
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Recruitment including post-CVs, headhunting, conducting phone interviews, assisting in reference checks and assessment Centers for Managerial and key positions.
Conduction employee onboarding tasks to include new hire orientation, scheduling first day, necessary coordination of new employee training.
Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Collecting personnel documents and updating staff records•Conducting Job satisfaction and engagement surveys. Assisting in Culture projects.
designing organizational charts and preparing organizational roles
Organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Managing employee communication of relevant news, memos, etc.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in the HR field.
Familiar with all human resource processes, including job analysis, recruitment, development, performance evaluation, compensation, talent management.
Strong knowledge of the English language.
Having advanced knowledge of MS office.
Problem-solving ability.
Strong communication skills.
Regular and accurate, patient and flexible.
Having work commitment and teamwork spirit.
