About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Mock Test Operations Manager to lead and grow our team focused on English proficiency exam preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, etc.). This role is central to ensuring students receive high-quality instruction, guidance, and results in their standardized test journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support a team of instructors, coaches, and test prep specialists.
  • Program Oversight: Own the end-to-end operations of English test preparation programs — from curriculum design to student performance analytics.
  • Performance Management: Track student outcomes and team KPIs, and continuously improve results through data-driven decisions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all test prep content, teaching methodologies, and student engagement align with international standards and best practices.
  • Scheduling & Resource Planning: Oversee the allocation of personnel and resources to effectively meet customers' demand and support internal operational goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the team members, customers, and executive management.
  • Innovation: Introduce new tools, platforms, and methodologies to keep the test prep experience effective and competitive.
Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a leadership role in education, language instruction, or test preparation.
  • Strong understanding of English standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.), including formats, scoring, and preparation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people-management skills.
  • Data-literate, with a focus on continuous improvement and student outcomes.
  • IELTS score of 6.5 or higher or equivalent. 
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills 

  • Familiarity with online exam systems.
  • Experience running webinars or educational events.
  • Prior collaboration with international institutions.
  • Familiarity with Ed-Tech.
  • Prior work in the education industry.
