شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer. A Strong Product designer who loves to build an online communication and collaboration service based on WebRTC (like Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc)
Fully Remote (Long-Term).

Responsibilities

Conducting market research to determine gaps in the market.
Translating research into feasible ideas and designs that will satisfy consumers.
Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product.
Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming.
Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers.
Identify new product improvement opportunities.
Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.

Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail.
Creative and resourceful.
Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal.
Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Enjoys improving existing patterns and finding innovative solutions for new features and use cases.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
You are a critical thinker who is imaginative, creative, and inventive. You collaborate while inspiring other teammates.
You can apply principles of visual design (hierarchy, balance, contrast) to new interfaces. You've mastered design tools that allow you to get your ideas across, whether its Figma, Illustrator, or otherwise.
You are passionate about making every detail count, but you can see the bigger picture at the same time.
