Have a perfect understanding and knowledge of both customer needs and business requirements, in order to design and develop effective end-to-end customer experiences
Provide both analytical and creative ideas to plan user experience
Create storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows, develop usage scenarios
Conduct user research focused on mobile and web interaction
Conduct usability tests to figure out the best customer journey
Assist with content development
Analyze user feedback and activity, iterate to enhance user experience
Conduct competitive analyses of other players operating in the same space
Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in Communication, Visual Design, Computer Science, Engineering or Psychology
Minimum 3 to 4 years of professional background in UX design
Good conceptualization ability, visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
Understanding of common software development practices and agile methodologies
Problem solving skills & independent self-direction
Experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing, with collaborative spirit
Fluency in Farsi, full fluency in spoken and written English
Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Fireworks and other design programs and tools
