شرح موقعیت شغلی

HUB is looking for a Project Manager with familiarity in Agile and running product teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices. A leader who guides and coaches the Scrum team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services.
·         Works with Scrum team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams and Helping scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.

·         Lead development teams in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.

·         Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.

·         Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.

·         Consults with leadership and key stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements And Ensures projects are completed by the defined schedules.

·         Resolve conflicts and issues that occur and Escalates project issues and roadblocks to management for resolution as appropriate.

·         Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

·         Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.

·         Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills to build successful relationships.

·         Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

·         Manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams.

·         Exemplify and promote Agile values and principles. 

·         Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams.

·         Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict, Analyze and draw conclusions and make recommendations from data.

·         Prior experience on a scrum team with successful Agile techniques.

·         Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
