Senior Product Designer 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer with a proven track record in businesses related to warehouse, logistics, and customer affairs to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and a deep understanding of the intricacies of warehouse and logistics operations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the product design process from ideation to execution, considering the unique challenges of warehouse and logistics environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs tailored to the specific needs of warehouse and logistics operations.
Establish and maintain design systems for consistency across products, keeping in mind the nuances of the industry.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback for iterative improvements, addressing the specific demands of warehouse and logistics solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies in warehouse and logistics domains.
Mentor and guide junior designers within the team, sharing insights from your experience in related businesses.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Designer with a focus on user-centric design, specifically within warehouse, logistics, or related industries.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful product designs with an emphasis on solutions for warehouse and logistics challenges.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
In-depth knowledge of UX/UI principles and design best practices, with a keen understanding of the customer journey in logistics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in translating customer needs into effective design solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, leveraging your experience in the unique aspects of warehouse and logistics businesses.
Experience working with agile development teams is a plus.
