We’re Hiring | Growth Marketing (Performance, Analytics & Insights) — Full Time / Remote
We are looking for a growth-oriented marketing professional with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in performance marketing, user insights, and data-driven growth strategies.
This role combines performance marketing, analytics, and strategic insights to support scalable growth across digital products and global markets. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in fast-paced remote environments and has a strong understanding of modern digital ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Analyze user behavior, acquisition funnels, retention metrics, and campaign performance
- Translate marketing and product data into actionable business and growth insights
- Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance analysis systems
- Collaborate closely with product, business, content, and community teams
- Monitor and optimize KPIs including CAC, ROAS, conversion, and user quality
- Identify growth opportunities through continuous testing, analysis, and market research
Requirements
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Growth, or Marketing Analytics
- Strong understanding of acquisition strategies, attribution models, and user behavior
- Hands-on experience with analytics, tracking, and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote and fast-moving environment
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Crypto, Web3, and digital-first online ecosystems is considered a strong advantage
