شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are an AI development and deployment startup looking for a creative and forward-thinking Graphic Designer to join our team. We are not looking for someone who simply operates design software. We are looking for a designer who can think creatively, leverage AI tools effectively, and help shape the visual identity of a modern technology brand.

We are not looking for a Photoshop operator. We are looking for a creative problem-solver who can use design and AI together to build a distinctive visual identity for a fast-growing AI company. If you believe design is about thinking, not just decorating, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Visual Assets: Design visual assets for social media, websites, presentations, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Identity: Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Conceptual Design: Create engaging visual concepts that communicate complex AI and technology-related ideas.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams.
  • AI Workflow: Utilize AI tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, and design workflows.
Requirements & Skills

  • Design Styles: Solid understanding of modern design trends including Glassmorphism, Minimal Design, AI-First Design, SaaS Design, Tech & Futuristic Design, Swiss / International Typography Style, Neo-Minimalism, Bento Grid Design, Motion-First Social Media Design, and Data Visualization Design.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma. Good understanding of UI/UX principles. Ability to design for digital platforms, social media, websites, and presentations. (Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus).
  • AI Tools: Experience using AI tools for ideation and creative workflows, such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Nanobanana, Canva AI, or other relevant AI-powered creative tools.
