About our Product:

Our product is a cutting-edge, AI-powered platform designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) streamline their operations, optimize decision-making, and drive growth. Our mission is to revolutionize SME management by providing an all-in-one solution that combines AI-driven insights, seamless analytics tool integrations, and tailor-made guidance.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our team. You will play a vital role in shaping our platform's user experience and ensuring that our solutions are intuitive, accessible, and engaging for our SME clients.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative and user-centered solutions for our platform
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand our SME clients' needs, preferences, and pain points
Develop and maintain user personas, user flows, and journey maps to guide design decisions and ensure a cohesive user experience across our platform
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and facilitate collaboration with the development team
Design and implement engaging, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive user interfaces for our platform, ensuring consistency across different devices and screen sizes
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and industry best practices to optimize the user experience and drive platform adoption
Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency and quality throughout our platform

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or a similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
Exceptional visual design skills, with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of typography, color, and layout
Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced, and agile environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Payment method:

Payment will be hourly or part-time.
