About the job

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer. You’ll have a real passion for all things visual in the realms of branding, identity and printed communications; that’s corporate identities, branding, brand guidelines, flyers, leaflets, brochures, reports, stationeries, presentations, newsletters and all other printed communications you can think of. Experience in digital communications (websites, e-newsletters, keynote) and exhibition graphics (large and small scale) will also be highly beneficial.

You must have a genuine desire to do brilliant work. Pushing creative standards (and boundaries) across print and digital, you will ensure any creative brief is fully explored and delivered to the highest standards. You will report to, and work directly with the Creative Director.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the design, artwork and production of all work that leaves the creative studio.
Responsible for working with external clients to deliver creative on time and in line with any given brief.
Responsible for applying and co-ordinating the design and brand look and feel, across multiple platforms where required.
Strong awareness of design and production processes in order to challenge design brief and solve design problems.

Desired Skills and Experience

Recognized Bachelor design degree.
Experience within the Middle East preferred, but not essential.
8+ yrs relevant agency industry experience
Versatile and open mined.
Meticulous crafting and attention to detail.

Skills

Master working knowledge of full Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and all Microsoft Office software.
Apple Keynote and any 3D, Motion experience also beneficial.
Ability to oversee and art direct other more junior members of the team.
Ability to listen to and understand any direction from the Creative Director.
Ability to artwork your own work ready for print production is essential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Dedicated, passionate and challenging.
Strong ideas with a portfolio to match.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Understand the meaning of vibrating colors.
Know how to work with a baseline grid.
Understand the difference between ‘kerning’ and ‘tracking’ words.
Know how to artwork.
Know how to flat plan.
