شرح موقعیت شغلی

We seek a motivated and skilled English-speaking Support Expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in expanding our property listings database. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting property ads from various online sources within targeted areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for enriching and qualifying these listings through direct phone calls or WhatsApp messages, verifying information, and ensuring the accuracy and comprehensiveness of each ad.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and collect property ads from designated web sources within targeted areas.
  • Perform outreach to property owners or representatives via phone calls to enrich and qualify collected property listings.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of property information, including amenities, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of communications and listings in our database.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for listing expansion and improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in data collection and verification.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and property management is a plus.

Working Hours (Iran time):

  • Saturday: 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM (no break)
  • Sunday - Thursday: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM (1-hour break)
  • Friday: 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM (no break)
