Job Title : Rental Property Advisor Exclusively for Foreigners in Iran (Rare Opportunity)

This job is the most hi-class category of the real estate all around the world and the realtor can earn a limitless income by his/her skills & efforts through a percentage of the signed contracts and is commission based. We have had several advisors before, who achieved contracts in the first week of their activities with 50% commission from dollar-based contracts! Don’t worry about lack of knowledge in real estate and just bring your self-confidence, effort, intelligence and your language skills! And our supervisor will educate, support and coach you from the first moment until achieving contracts. Please submit your CVs at the soonest possible time to be one the 5 final candidates for zone 1, 2 and 3 of Tehran in an office around Vanak square for an activity time of 9.30 to 19.00 O'clock with expatriates in Iran.

Requirements (Necessary) :

Residence address closer to Vanak has more priority (Please mention your address area in CV)

At least intermediate level of English skills (written and spoken)

Having no other job after employment for full time engagement 

Intention of long-term cooperation as a realtor

Age between 20 - 50 (Military service should be accomplished for men)

Male or Female (From all minorities and religions)

 Prefers (Not Necessary but positive point):

Having automobile or motorcycle with valid driving license

Background of embassy jobs or living abroad, familiar with protocol affairs

Living in and knowledge of middle to northern part of Tehran

written suggestions for submitting on interview date about our website “Rental Properties for Foreigners in Iran” in order to make it more professional

Professional or amateur sport follower

Knowledge of other languages than English
