Job descrip,on: • Monitor main KPIs of your sec,on (Sale, CAC, organic orders, order, cost). • Design, plan and execute customer journey based on targets to reach KPI's. • Execute immediate actions when needed to reach daily targets. • Analyze customer loyalty funnels, find optimization possibilities. • Design profitable tools to grow organic orders. Responsibilities: • Managing digital marketing channels based on marketing targets. • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize digital campaigns and establish KPIs. • Planning digital marketing campaigns. • Identify trends, patterns, and tools to develop actionable insights to improve program performance. • Preparing accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance. • Collect, analyze and report key insights and new project ideas to stakeholders. • Increasing the marke,ng funnel efficiencies. • Update messaging communicated out to customers through necessary portals: website and digital advertsements, etc. • Familiarity with user acquisiton and re-engagement. Requirements: • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. • Ability to optimize and analyze campaigns. • Good English knowledge is needed. • Experienced in evaluate and promote banner and digital advertsing. • Power Ability to work in the team. • 4 years of solid digital marketing experience involving campaigns management, analytics, and e-commerce. • Knowledge of e-mail marketing, SEO and working with external vendors/ad agencies. • Must be proficient in Google tag manager, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords. • Deep understanding of Digital Marketing KPI's such as CAC, CPI, CPC, CLTV, Retention Rate, Churn Rate. • Reporting skills (Office, Official Emailing, Analyzing method). Knowledge and skills: • Google ads • Optimizing the conversion rate of advertising channels (CPC, CPI, CPL, CPA)
