We’re seeking an experienced quality assurance specialist who can build upon this reputation with their unwavering commitment to meticulous production. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional who has the experience necessary to take our products to the next level regarding accuracy, security, and quality. They will be charged with developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards product quality, but also fosters a culture in which all employees become actively engaged.
* Objectives of this role :
* Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
* Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
* Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
* Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
* Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
* Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technologies, and skills
* Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of product to confirm quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
* Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
* Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
* Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
* Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development
* Provide training and support to quality assurance team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
* Skills and qualifications
* Professional certification CQE, or CQA
* Fluent in SQL Server, database management
* Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Decision Modeling Notation (DMN).
* Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Visio.
* Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practices
* Fluency in English
* Excellent understanding of Telecom organizations and the roles and responsibilities of all business areas.
* Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
* MS/BS in Management Information Systems, Information Technology Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Telecom is preferred.
* Familiar with Statistical Quality Control and other quantitative methods.
