Role Overview:

We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and results-driven Quality Assurance Engineer to lead test automation efforts and raise the quality bar across our multi-application enterprise ecosystem.

In this role, you will be pivotal in establishing robust automated Quality Gates, shifting manual validation processes toward end-to-end integration testing, and safeguarding system reliability within a modern distributed architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Test Automation & Execution: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites covering core API workflows and frontend user journeys.
CI/CD Integration & Quality Gates: Seamlessly embed automated test pipelines into continuous delivery workflows to enforce strict quality gates prior to release.
System & Data Validation: Analyze, test, and verify complex business logic and data consistency across microservices and asynchronous components.
Quality Monitoring: Track runtime errors and operational reliability in non-production and production environments to preemptively address technical issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with software engineering, product management, and key domain stakeholders to translate technical and operational requirements into comprehensive test coverage.

Requirements & Qualifications

Automation Expertise: Proven experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks for backend API services and modern web applications.
Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in object-oriented development (preferably within the .NET / C# ecosystem) and modern web automation frameworks.
CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into continuous delivery pipelines (such as GitLab CI).
Architectural Awareness: Solid understanding of testing strategies, transactional integrity, and edge cases in microservices and distributed systems.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional troubleshooting skills, rigorous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to edge-case discovery.
Communication & Drive: Strong verbal and written technical communication skills, with a high degree of ownership and self-direction.
