The AI Product Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring Heyva AI customers successfully realize the full value of the Heyva AI services. To achieve this along with further adoption, the AI Product Sales Manager must have proven skills and experiences in the selling of complex solutions in large and complicated customer environments.

Targeting and presenting the Heyva AI solutions, including webinars.
Responsible for the identification, development and implementation of new customer acquisition and business development activities.
Responsibility for meeting order intake, revenue and profitability targets.
Organize, coordinate, and participate in exhibitions for trade shows and conferences as required.
Participate in planning and strategy meetings by researching market trends, understanding specific customer needs, and presenting opportunities for customer engagement and penetration of the company’s advanced technology and products into the global markets.
Manage existing customers and generation of new international sales through strengthening and expanding distribution channels; prospecting, lead generation, follow-up, and collaboration to exceed annual sales goals.
Manage existing and new Distributor sales channels including reviewing and drafting contracts, and achieving agreed sales targets, and KPIs.
Create, maintain and manage sales forecasts that meet agreed-upon criteria for product groups.
Keep current with competitors’ products, service offerings, and activity.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings to ensure collaboration and cohesion.
Proven focus on relationship building with executives
Guide prospects through a methodical sales process to facilitate
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for expanding the customer base and driving profitable growth.
Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.

Your profile
Master’s degree or diploma, alternatively comparable degree with corresponding knowledge
Several years of professional experience, ideally in the B2B software environment
Ideally contacts and experience in the acquisition of large brand companies
At least 5-7 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of success.
Extensive knowledge of software sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals.
Relevant experience and profound knowledge in the independent acquisition of new customers, also in a “remote” and international context
Hunting mentality and closing orientation, very good skills in recognizing sales opportunities
Strong communication skills, structured way of working, Organizational skills and hands-on mentality
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Confident handling of MS Office products and experience with CRM systems

Knowledge, understanding, and proven leadership for technical selling, marketing, and application development for technology products, preferably AI products.
Proven track record as a top sales performer with the ability to “close the deal”.
