Position Overview:

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Geekshub brand growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, from brand building and content creation to customer acquisition and retention. This dynamic role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making. You will be a key contributor to our small but mighty marketing team, handling a wide range of responsibilities while collaborating closely with the product and CRM teams.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's success. Your role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from crafting compelling campaigns to managing customer relationships.

* Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.

* Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all touchpoints.

* Create engaging content to attract and retain customers.

* Manage social media, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM campaigns.

* Analyze market trends and customer data to optimize marketing efforts.

* Collaborate with the product team to develop compelling product narratives.

* manage affiliate partnerships to drive sales and expand brand reach.

* Measure and report on marketing performance to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

To thrive in this fast-paced role, you'll need a blend of creativity, data-driven thinking, and a passion for fashion.

* Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion industry.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.

* Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

* A keen eye for design and trends.

* Experience with e-commerce platforms.

* A self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:
