Job Description

The Product Designer is responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences that improve product usability, engagement, conversion, and overall business performance.

Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, Data Analysts, and other stakeholders, you will identify user problems, analyze product data and user behavior, validate hypotheses, and deliver intuitive, scalable, and impactful product experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong UX thinking, product mindset, data-driven decision-making, and excellent UI execution. You will continuously improve the product through research, experimentation, validation, and iteration, ensuring that design decisions are aligned with user needs, product goals, and business objectives.


What You'll Do

  • Design intuitive and user-centered experiences for Fly CDN across web platforms
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Data Analysts, and other stakeholders to identify and solve product challenges
  • Analyze user behavior, research findings, product metrics, and business goals to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes
  • Build, maintain, and evolve scalable Design Systems and reusable UI components
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and measure the impact of design decisions
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on product analytics, user feedback, experiment results, and business objectives
  • Present design solutions and clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, documentation, and design workflows
  • Stay up to date with UX methodologies, product design trends, and emerging technologies

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a similar role
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing SaaS or digital products
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and Product Thinking
  • Experience building and maintaining Design Systems and reusable UI components
  • Hands-on experience with User Research and Usability Testing
  • Experience designing and evaluating A/B Tests
  • Ability to analyze product data and translate insights into actionable design solutions
  • Experience working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to design
  • A strong product mindset with the ability to balance user needs and business goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
  • A proactive approach to ownership and accountability
  • Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving product environment
  • High attention to detail and openness to feedback

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Product Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Figma AI, or similar platforms to improve productivity and design quality
  • Experience working on SaaS products or complex web-based platforms
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-driven product optimization
