Job Description
We're looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own the entire mobile customer journey—from user acquisition to activation, paid conversion, retention, and long-term revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving growth challenges through experimentation, data, and close collaboration with Product. You'll own the growth engine across multiple international markets, continuously identifying opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
This is not a brand, PR, or communications role. It is a performance-driven role focused on measurable business impact and Product-Led Growth (PLG).
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app growth marketing.
Experience growing subscription-based mobile applications is highly preferred.
Proven experience managing advertising budgets across at least two paid acquisition channels.
Hands-on experience executing App Store Optimization (ASO).
Strong understanding of subscription business models and mobile growth metrics.
Professional working proficiency in English.
What You'll Do
Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and other relevant channels.
Own App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy for both the Apple App Store and Google Play, including keyword optimization and localization.
Optimize every stage of the user journey—from install to activation, trial, paid conversion, retention, and expansion.
Partner closely with Product to improve onboarding experiences, paywalls, pricing strategies, feature adoption, and trial flows.
Build and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns through push notifications, in-app messaging, and email.
Design, execute, and evaluate growth experiments and A/B tests to improve key business metrics.
Analyze marketing and product performance to identify growth opportunities and remove funnel bottlenecks.
Monitor and report key performance metrics, including CPI, CAC, LTV, ARPU, retention, churn, and revenue across platforms, channels, and geographies.

You collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Engineering, and Leadership to improve user experience and business performance.
You communicate complex insights clearly and can translate data into practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve quickly and continuous improvement is expected.
Preferred Skills
Experience marketing products in the MENA, GCC, or South Asian markets.
Experience working on privacy, security, VPN, SaaS, or other subscription-based consumer products.
Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) frameworks.
Experience with Firebase, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, or Adjust.
Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.
Experience running localization and international growth initiatives.
