Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and passionate Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining network hardware and software, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will collaborate with other IT professionals to develop and implement network security measures.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement network infrastructure based on organizational requirements
  • Install and configure network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Monitor network performance, system availability, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to develop and implement network security measures
  • Conduct regular network maintenance, including software and hardware updates
  • Document network configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Provide network engineering support and training to other team members
  • Lead and support large-scale network architecture projects
Skills and Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Python and Golang programming languages
  • Proficiency with such general tools as Git, Linux-based operating systems, Ansible, Docker, and Systemd
  • Familiarity with tools such as Xray-core, DNSCrypt, and CoreDNS
  • Expertise in computer networks and the OSI Model, specifically layers 4 and 7, and knowledge of HTTP, HTTP2, QUIC Protocols, gRPC, and REST APIs
  • Expertise in DNS Protocol and its alternatives, as well as TLS and SSL
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a network architect with at least 5 years in large enterprise networks
  • Strong network management architecture skills
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
