Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate AI Developer to join our team. An AI (artificial intelligence) developer is responsible for designing and developing artificial intelligence programs and systems.Their work includes creating algorithms, testing and validating models, and implementing machine learning technologies. They are also responsible for ensuring AI-Systems are optimized for Performance and Scalability. In addition, they may be involved in data analysis and processing to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of artificial intelligence applications. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python and experience with machine learning frameworks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

Design and development of artificial intelligence models
Testing and evaluating artificial intelligence models
Integration of artificial intelligence models with existing systems

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI solutions and algorithms to address complex problems.
Lead the implementation and optimization of machine learning models.
Ensure scalability and efficiency of AI models in production environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
Provide technical guidance on AI-related issues and challenges.
Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and frameworks.
Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning development.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Familiarity with big data technologies and data processing frameworks.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development.
Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new AI technologies and methodologies.
