Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate User Experience Research (UX Research) Specialist to join our team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in shaping our products and services by deeply understanding our users and their needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conduct research that informs product strategy and design decisions. From gathering user insights to evaluating the usability of our products, you will employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover valuable insights.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

Planning and conducting user research studies to uncover user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
Employing a diverse range of research methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics analysis.
Utilizing research findings to provide valuable insights that shape product strategy and design.
Working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to prioritize and implement research findings.
Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX research.

Skills and requirements

knowledge of UX research or a similar discipline.
Expertise in several research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
Proficient in analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
