Job Description:

We are looking for a Content Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy to engage our target audience, enhance our brand presence, and drive customer acquisition and retention. This role will require you to lead a content team, collaborate with multiple departments, and ensure all content is consistent, optimized, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Oversee the content creation process from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality output.
Lead a team of content creators, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and evaluating performance.
Ensure content is optimized for SEO and adheres to best practices for search engines.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, Tech and Product teams, and customer service teams to ensure content aligns with customer expectations and drives engagement.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of content initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Manage content calendars and ensure all deadlines are met.
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Develop and maintain content guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Create and execute campaigns that increase engagement, traffic, and conversions through content.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content strategies to continuously improve content offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Content Manager, Content Strategist, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and drive results.
Proficiency in SEO, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
Ability to create high-quality written content for blogs, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
Experience with content marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Knowledge of content performance metrics and how to leverage them to improve content strategies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AI-powered content tools.
Certification in content marketing, SEO, or related fields.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in content management or content creation.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
Demonstrated success in creating and executing content strategies.
