شرح موقعیت شغلی

We in Hedrah are looking for a senior Backend developer for a well-known company in the education industry

Responsibilities:

• Develop more complex sections and the necessary infrastructure for the project.

• Resolve issues and bugs in the project.

• Supervise the technical performance of the team.

• Conduct code reviews for all tasks and developments of the team.

• Define the necessary technical standards for the project and ensure their proper implementation.

• Assist in the growth and development of team members.

• Publish the project in production, staging, and testing environment

• Merge codes and manage the branches used by the team.

• Manage the team's releases and ensure their stability.

• Deliver high-quality service with minimal errors.

• Continuously work to improve the project's quality and reduce existing errors.

• Plan to continuously resolve technical debt and reduce project issues.

• Increase the project's system stability.

• Quickly address issues, especially during disasters and crises.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in backend programming concepts, structures, and patterns.

• Proficiency in Python programming language and Django framework.

• Familiarity with designing and implementing REST APIs.

• Proficiency in relational databases like PostgreSQL.

• The following are considered advantages.

• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.

• Previous experience as a team lead.
