Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and drive key initiatives across our platform. You’ll work across multiple squads to improve core platform experiences with a strong focus on optimizing tools used by our vendors and internal operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about solving complex, real-world problems at the scale of an E-commerce/Q-Commerce platform.
We especially value candidates who bring business analysis, modeling, and process mining capabilities, along with a strategic yet innovative mindset and a strong technical foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business goals into product roadmaps and detailed feature requirements.
- Own the full product lifecycle for key components of the platform, from discovery and ideation to release and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and internal teams to build scalable and user-friendly solutions.
- Work with data analysts to define success metrics, monitor usage, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep TapsiShop ahead of the curve.
- Maintain tight feedback loops with vendors and internal stakeholders to validate assumptions and prioritize impact.
- Monitor and evaluate launched products, incorporating insights into the product development process.
- Communicate technical and business requirements clearly across cross-functional teams.
- Lead agile projects effectively with tools such as Figma, UML modeling, and Azure.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture through clear articulation, negotiation skills, and strong teamwork.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in e-commerce or marketplace.
- Familiarity with modeling techniques, business analysis, and process improvement methods.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including conceptual explanation and persuasive negotiation.
- Ability to measure product success and align teams with user and business goals.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and effective decision-making.
- Genuine passion for the company's mission and its hybrid technology and operational nature.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma), modeling (UML), and cloud environments (Azure) is a plus.
