Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field
10+ years experiences in performance management, HR, or related field
Proven ability to develop and implement successful performance management programs
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
