شرح موقعیت شغلی

The LQA specialist will ensure that all the content entries are aligned with the established content standards. Maintaining a liquid platform and engaged user based on content performance is the goal of this role.

Duties:

- Review and optimize the content inputs
-Proofreading and editing to improve accuracy and clarity
- Focus on both the details and the big picture—fixing the smallest of errors that have been overlooked while respecting the overall theme and intent of the content
- Display and functionality by validating all page elements such as links, videos, images, and page layouts
- Create quality measurements to track improvement in content
- Provide quality assurance testing for new/updated CMS templates, digital components, and content management system and supporting technologies
- Develop quality assurance standards and content entry processes adhere to industry quality standards
- Ensure content meet readers’ expectations and need create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing work closely with the product team to improve the platform
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on performance Maintain standards for performance of content

Requirements:

– Knowledge of products and services
– Working knowledge of content marketing strategies and tactics
– Strong writing skills in Farsi
– Moderate knowledge of Search engine optimization
– In-depth understanding of industry standards
– Customer-centric point of view
– Sharp attention to detail
– Data-driven decision maker
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Meticulous and diligent attributes
– English proficiency is a plus
– Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
