We are an innovative and rapidly expanding Q-commerce platform, reshaping how people shop for everyday essentials. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Manager to lead marketing and growth initiatives, focusing on both customer and seller engagement.

Job Description:
As the Growth Manager, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive overall growth and achieve key performance targets. You will oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning. You will manage marketing budgets, media plans, and cross-functional coordination to ensure campaigns are effective and on track.

In addition to marketing responsibilities, you will focus on forming and managing strategic partnerships to extend brand reach, as well as building and optimizing an internal seller ad platform to enhance seller engagement and product promotion. A core part of your role will be achieving monthly and quarterly growth targets, using data to continuously optimize efforts and ensuring business goals are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on strategy, campaign management, and execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and revenue drivers.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed growth targets, with a results-oriented and analytical approach.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing partnerships and business development.
  • Familiarity with seller ad platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in Q-commerce or e-commerce is preferred.
