This is a remote job, part time (It can turn to full-time based on your performance) and we have 1 vacancy for this position. You’re free to work where you work best, anywhere in the world: home office, coworking space, coffeeshops. While we currently have an office in Melbourne, you should be comfortable working remotely—most of the company does! That hinges on effective writing and comfort with open communication. The bulk of our work is written. We do require that your normal workday has at least 6 hours overlap with the Melbourne workday without impinging on your personal/family life.

About you:
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal (Exceptional English)
Self-motivated and are ready to work in an environment that will challenge you to the best of your ability
Able to multitask while meeting timeframes
Attention to detail in all areas of the role
Ability to work autonomously and in a virtual team environment

As a Digital Marketer you’ll be:

Strong Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator skills (required)
Managing website content, blog content, and key social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram)
Developing authentic, targeted and engaging content to grow followers, likes, and shares (including video, photography, blog articles and PR)
Monitoring analytics, identifying trending topics and continuously iterating for improved ROI; and
Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure relevancy, tone of voice and brand alignment across all content in a truly innovative, high-visibility environment
The planning and execution of SEO campaign & strategy – research, technical implementation & reporting
Strong understanding of all aspects of SEO; technical, on-site & off-site
Multi-channel approach – strong understanding of digital channel integration (SEO/PPC/Content/Social)
Providing data rich campaign performance insights & recommendations
Delivering exceptional SEO results across local & international campaigns
Campaign audits & strategy reviews
Outside the box thinking – one size does not fit all approach
Strong capabilities and experience with various digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, ahrefs and other industry platforms
Experience across various CMS platforms; Wordpress, Magento, Shopify
Strong communication skills working with both internal/external stakeholders
Driven to be the best with an insatiable appetite for learning & development

Who we’re looking for:

Proven experience in brand development, executing social media strategy, and building engagement across multiple platforms
Content portfolio including videography, photography, and written articles (preferably all three)Analytical thinking using data insights, social media reporting and google analytics to optimise strategiesImpeccable attention to detail and written communication skills
Video production - filming, directing and editing.
Experience with SEO tools
Startups – incomplete briefs, unpredictability, urgency, the need for initiative and the rapid growth opportunities that come with it!
